Should you fight anxiety? or just let it take its course and except that its part of your life.
Know for my self iv’e all ways had the thought that i could beat this mental illness, by doing every thing that it tries to stop me from doing.
Are we just wasting our time and energy in trying to compete with something that is much bigger than us.
I know that for many of us with Anxiety disorder that the dream one day that it will just disappear and we will be able to lead a life that we want to with out interruption. For me that would be, being able to jump on a train and not even have to think about it. With out having to add an extra hour to my time to get home.
