I know what im suppose to do, when im not having a panic attack i could tell you everything that im suppose to do when having an attack.

Things to do in panic.

  1. Breathe
  2. Take your mind off of it
  3. Go for a walk
  4. Have a glass of water.

So panic starts and mayhem breaks out and i lose all control and forget what im suppose to do. Most of the time ill call a friend to help me out of it or just go to bed and give up on it, allowing it to win.
