Having anxiety and working can be a difficult one to juggle, for a lot of people this is something that can be quite scary.
Many questions go through ones head, what if I
have an attack at work? What will my colleagues think of me? Will customers laugh?
First of all we have to get through the most difficult bit first. Telling people at work that you have a
nxiety, letting your boss now will help you a lot. If you work in an environment where you have custome
rs don’t be put off. We assume people are going to laugh but funny enough when in a work place this can be quite different. People will be understanding.
In the 3 years that i have been back work i haven’t found it a problem and people are understanding and very helpful.
