Scoring my level of anxiety helps me to be able to get on with what i need to do. Of course if the level of anxiety is high then im going give up.
So anxiety is on a scale of 1 to 10. One being the lowest score which means i can get on with my day just like any one else.
Score 5 is where things get a little harder for me and im feeling fustrated and cant consontrate and likly to snap.
10, im passed being able to do any thing, the only thing i want to do is run home and go to bed. Im lucky this one happen very rarly and when it dose its because ive over done thing or im worried about something coming up.
Most of my anxiety is low and controlable. Even the fear of traveling on a train wont cause me that much destress, apart from increasing the time that it take to come home.
