That very first panic attack you have. The one that made you feel you’re worse, the one that made you feel that you had something sinister.

All those thoughts you had I’m gonna die, I’m having a heart attack, I’ve got a brain tumor. Possibly you called an ambulance and were taken to the hospital.

If you were anything like myself and an extreme heart rate of 217bpm you may have been kept in.

Finally though after a few checks and several hours later the doctor tells you that you have nothing sinister, you just had a server panic attack and suffer from anxiety.

At that point I did feel relieved, it’s not as bad as I made it out to be.

Then I started to feel bad as if I had wasted the doctors time and felt the need to apologize to him for wasting his time.

Remember this everytime you have an anxiety attack. You got through the first one that you had and made you feel rubbish. You’ll always win, you’re stronger now than you were at the beginning. You know what to look out for and you have a way of dealing with it.
