thinking is something that all of us do and it can be a great tool in life, sometimes it can allow us to make the right decision and even have a light bulb moment and start off a great new career and make us loads of money.

Unfortunately for many people in the UK and around the world it can have the opposite affect and cause us some trouble. People suffering with anxiety tend do a lot of thinking and it can set them off in to a massive panic attack.

Im a privert dog walker and was all so working for a dog day care centre and id been thinking about leaving and going it alone. Unfortunately anxiety wasnt going to let me leave quietly with out making a fuss.
