Only have to walk outside at the moment and im filled with anxiety and a feeling of dizzyness and dread.
This doesnt help when my job needs me to be outside all day.
Im gonna need all the energy ive got to over come this feeling.
Luckly ive been here before with this feeling. Hopefully now i should be able to conker this one.
The feeling of anxiety when your about to go out for any reason at all can be a very nervous and and annoying feeling when you know you are quite able to do the task in hand.
The main trick here is not giving up and not to be controled by your anxiety. You must compleate any task that you need to do. This sounds freaky and scary at first and you may feel the need to run or just give up. Remember this is just a feeling, nothing bad will happen i promise. Anxiety has a great way of lieing to us.
Take it from me your stonger than anxiety.
